LibMedium is a privacy-focused frontend for medium.com. To use it, substituting medium.com from a Medium post URL to a LibMedium instance hostname, like libmedium.batsense.net, should do the trick. So if a Medium post has URL https://medium.com/@steve_mullen/an-introduction-to-lean-canvas-5c17c469d3e0, the equivalent Libmedium URL is https://medium.com/@steve_mullen/an-introduction-to-lean-canvas-5c17c469d3e0.
