  1. Add legal notice to README.md that includes:
  • Trademark notice
  • Affiliation notice
  • LibMedium doesn't host any content. All content on LibMedium is from Medium. Any issues with content should be reported to Medium.
  1. Add legal notice to the website homepage or to the website footer so it displays on every pages to be extra safe.

Some companies require this extra step. Some don't.

  1. Add ™ symbol immediately after the first or most prominent reference to any trademarked names (Medium™) OR add ™ symbol immediately after every single references to any trademarked names. https://codeberg.org/SimpleWeb/SimplyTranslate-Web/issues/43

This is purely extra to be safe.
