The user(@juliettejohnson) has signed up with a temporary email address, which is fine by this instance's policy but has a quiestionable and possibly spam link on their profile. The user has also never logged in post registration(accoring to the data on the Gitea admin panel) which is another sign of spam.

@juliettejohnson you are kindly encouraged to contact me via the email address advertised on my profile, since this issue tracker is inaccessible via your account, and contest this decision. With your consent, I will proxy our discussion to this issue tracker for transparancy purposes.
