Use ioutil.TempDir * RemoveAll LocalCopyPath() in initIntergrationTest * Default to status checking on PR creation * Remove unnecessary set to StatusChecking * Protect against unable to load repo * Handle conflicts * Restore original conflict setting * In TestPullRequests update status to StatusChecking before running TestPatch
