If the sysadmin changes the gitlab user in
/etc/gitlab/gitlab-debian.conf, the package installation or upgrade will
fail, because grantpriv.sh will always grant privileges to the gitlab
user. Thus adapt grantpriv.sh to honor the gitlab_user setting.
