Improve http service and update Readme (#167)

This PR adds some options for the http service:

- loadBalancerIP
- nodePort
- externalTrafficPolicy
- externalIPs

Also updated the README and values.yml with the values.

Added storageClass explanation in README and empty value in values.yml
