We are proud to present the release of Gitea version 1.19.3.
We highly encourage users to update to this version for some important bug-fixes.
We have merged [8](https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pulls?q=is%3Apr+milestone%3A1.19.3+is%3Amerged) pull requests to release this version.
In this release, we use golang 1.20.4 to fix [CVE-2023-24539](https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2023-24539), [CVE-2023-24540](https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2023-24540), and [CVE-2023-29400](https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2023-29400) .
update some of the URLs to use .com URLs
