Tasks accomplished:

udpated dependencies
addressed CI failure issues
improve testing
cleaup configuration options: I had copied over configuration loading workflows from my other projects, so Pages contained irrelevant options. Cleaned them up.
improved configuration documentation(comments on default configuration page)

Partial deployment instructions for Docker and Bare metal installation, with manual testing on local Debian Bullseye VM. Will checkin changes once I document the whole processes
