Yes, it makes perfect sense :) In addition to the questions mentioned in the description, we could also try and convice users to move from their existing forges? GitLab already has a comparison document but it only accounts for standalone Gitea and not the ecosystem that we are trying to implement.

The purpose of User Research is solely to observe so convincing people would be out of scope. Unless I'm missing what you suggest?
